What does a typical session involve?

Each ShineNow session brings together creativity, connection and plenty of fun. Participants begin with welcoming warm-up games before exploring activities such as acting, improvisation, singing, movement and storytelling. Sessions focus on building confidence, communication, performing arts skills and friendships in a supportive environment.

Are facilities accessible?

Is there a chance for participants to showcase their skills?

Yes! Each term participants have the opportunity to share their talents with friends, family and fans in our end of term performance! Everyone is encouraged to participate in a way that feels right for them—whether that means taking centre stage, contributing behind the scenes or cheering on the group.
